The guidelines of our club

1)  Wide array of choices

 

As a multidisciplinary-directed club we train various types of martial arts. Besides competitive training we also offer recreational trainings, where you can try out light and full contact kickboxing, French and English boxing, as well as efficient self-defence trainings appropriate for all ages. These can later be upgraded to MMA trainings. Our trainers are specialised in individual techniques and offer safe and professional guidance from the basic elements to more complex ones, at the same time taking care of getting you in shape.

2) Top level work

In our club we take care that our work is:

- carried out in an atmosphere of relaxed sportsmanship.

Our approach proves that various biases concerning martial arts are inexistent for us.

3) Appropriate for anybody

We offer our members a healthy and creative way of spending their leisure time. The more ambitious ones also get the opportunity to take part in tournaments. It is our whish that competitors as well as recreationists should feel good at our trainings in order to progress. We welcome all new members who feel inclined towards martial arts, regardless of their prior knowledge or skill.
