In our club we offer classic boxing and kickboxing trainings to stand-up fight enthusiasts, and MMA (mixed martial arts) trainings for grappling fans, combined with self-defence trainings. To anyone who prefers not to train in a larger group or wishes to train outside the regular schedule, we offer individual trainings, that is a personal trainer of all the techniques in our club (boxing, kickboxing, MMA and self-defence).
Our work is carried out in groups divided according to the level of knowledge. The techniques are being taught according to our programme, which is the same for all groups at a given level, thus allowing for equal terms at the final exams. Regarding the individual skill of groups our trainers pay special attention to different elements thus offering diverse and unique trainings.
Appropriate exercises are used to systematically develop the students’ strength, speed, endurance, precision, balance, flexibility and fighting tactics. At the same time we promote respect for the opponent in sparring and in fights.
Boxing training
Our boxing programmes build up an excellent and successful school of boxing. Boxing is taken as the foundation of all martial arts, a must for any type of fighting (kickboxing, MMA). The trainings are done in pairs, beginning with the basic techniques, adding advanced techniques for members with previous knowledge. Trainings are also oriented to working on props (punching bag, punch ball, focus pads), thus developing the individual’s strength, speed and reactivity.
Kickboxing training
This approach enables us to offer an attractive light-contact combat sport. The more ambitious students can also try full-contact trainings. Part of the training is intended to recapitulating old knowledge and learning new elements, while another part is dedicated to sparring and power exercises. Besides training in pairs we also use focus pads and other props for advanced students. We train in shoes, wearing casual sporting clothes, while in advanced groups it is necessary to purchase protective gear.

MMA (mixed martial arts) training
These trainings combine MMA and self defence. Beside striking technique here we also apply grappling ones. We train all phases of MMA – stand-up, floor techniques and all the intermediate stages. But these trainings do not consist of merely learning or copying certain movements, techniques or movement sequences. They are grounded in the basic principle which allows participants to explore different possibilities on their own. This allows for ever new challenges for all the participants – both newcomers and those with some experience. This means that everybody learns different versions of given techniques and later chooses which one suits one best. Different exercises also develop the strength, coordination and flexibility needed in MMA fighting. .

Self-defence training
To improve one’s chance of survival in critical situations, where one must stand up to the enemy, it is necessary to train hard with different types of opponents. One must train with big, small, fast, slow, light- and heavyweight and unpredictable sparring partners who really fight back and resist. Only thus it is possible with time to learn how to control the opponent and use his own force against him/her. Read more about self-defence training in special subsections.
Individual boxing – kickboxing – MMA – self-defence training
Intended for all who are unable to take part in regular weekly trainings due to the modern lifestyle and those who do not feel like training in groups. An individual or a smaller group can arrange a schedule and venue to their convenience with the trainer and also form a training programme to their liking. Individual training (or training in small groups) allows the trainer to maximally focus on each participant. Such trainings are highly effective and allow for fast progress. The trainings are carried out with a partner (personal trainer) or on focus pads. Besides we also pay attention to the general physical shape. Later it is possible to join regular group trainings.
